BLS Provider
BLS (Basic Life Support) Provider is the baseline resuscitation credential required for medical, clinical, and emergency services personnel.Audience

Class Format
Classroom Course
Immersive, video-driven, instructor-led program focused heavily on advanced resuscitation mechanics and team communication.
Approximately 4 to 4.5 hours in a single session.
HeartCode BLS (Blended Learning)
Complete the cognitive lecture, interactive videos, and computer simulations online at your own pace.
Print your HeartCode certificate and attend an in-person, hands-on Skills Session with an authorized AHA instructor to prove your compression depth, rate, and bagging technique on interactive manikins.
Certification
To earn the 2-year certification eCard, students must pass the physical hands-on skills exam and achieve a score of 84% or higher on the mandatory 25-question written exam.

Heartsaver Total First Aid CPR AED
Heartsaver Total is a comprehensive, regulatory-compliant course designed entirely for general industries where personnel must remain prepared for medical emergencies.Audience
Teachers, daycare providers, security guards, flight attendants, construction workers, corporate safety teams, and general citizens.Core Competencies
Foundational first aid interventions
Basic, single-rescuer adult/child/infant CPR

Traditional fully in-person classroom event

Certification
To secure the OSHA-compliant 2-year eCard, students must perform clean, flawless demonstrations during the hands-on practical skills testing. The written exam is generally optional for Heartsaver unless specified by an employer or state agency.Heartsaver Basic
A streamlined, flexible training track designed for individuals who want to learn essential life-saving skills but do not require standard workplace or OSHA regulatory certification. Built on the updated science guidelines, it provides a shorter, more adaptable curriculum compared to Heartsaver Total.Audience

Represents the official expert advisory panels, science committees, and international review groups (such as ILCOR) that evaluate peer-reviewed clinical data.
